By accessing and using the Validisplay platform (the “Service”), including the admin panel, document display application, and related APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Validisplay provides tools to upload, manage, display, and share documents, licenses, and event-related media on authorized display devices (phones, TVs, and browsers). Features may include image/PDF storage, QR-based viewing/download, expiry tracking, and offline caching on client devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and contact information and notify Validisplay promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the Product's Admin Panel is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription, including payment of all applicable hosting and storage charges. If the Client fails to renew the subscription or make the required payment upon expiry of the subscribed plan, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the Admin Panel and associated services. Such access will be restored only after the outstanding dues have been cleared. The Company shall not be liable for any inconvenience, service interruption, or business loss arising from the suspension due to non-payment.
You retain ownership of documents, images, PDFs, and other materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant Validisplay a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your authorized users. You confirm that you have the right to upload and display all content submitted.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with system integrity, or using the Service for purposes other than legitimate document and event display management.
Validisplay collects and processes information necessary to provide the Service, including account registration details (name, company, email, phone, address), login credentials, uploaded documents and metadata, usage logs, and support communications.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process subscriptions and invoices; provide customer support; send service-related notifications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Contact details and account information you provide (such as contact person, phone number, and email) may be shown on public document view pages when you choose to include them. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for personal data you upload, store, or display through the Service.
We may share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email, and payment partners) only as needed to deliver the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Validisplay, our clients, and users.
We retain account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, billing, and legal compliance purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us, subject to applicable law and our need to retain certain records.
Validisplay implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, authenticated admin access, secure hosting environments, encrypted connections (HTTPS) where supported, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, using strong passwords, limiting admin access to authorized personnel, and promptly notifying Validisplay of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident related to your account.
While we take data protection seriously, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Validisplay does not guarantee absolute security of data and shall not be liable for unauthorized access or disclosure arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including user negligence, third-party breaches, or force majeure events, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your account data that is likely to pose a significant risk, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients without undue delay, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
QR codes and public view links may allow third parties to view or download document files associated with approved records. You are responsible for deciding what content is approved and publicly accessible.
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may affect the Service. Offline device caching is provided as a convenience and may not always reflect the latest server state.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validisplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on displayed expiry information.
Validisplay may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
